Miss America Benetton Doll
1950's MISS AMERICA Pageant Doll - United Colors of Benetton 10 inch Sayco Doll
This is one of the Miss America Pageant dolls, wearing an original outfit by United Colors of Benetton. The little button on the sweater says, "United Colors of Benetton." The Benetton company was a popular company for upscale casual clothing, and they are still in business today (they sell jeggings.)
This doll is from the 1950's. She is 10 inches tall and has a jointed hard plastic body with a vinyl head. Her platinum blonde hair is rooted. It is still in the original style/set but I did replace the rubber band. Even her hairbow seems to be original. The doll is very clean and no odors. The sweater and jeans are definitely original gear, but I'm not sure about the shoes. They might be.
She is in very good, clean condition but is not pristine. Her eyes are very clear and she has full lashes.
