Tonner Brunette Patsy Doll
Patsy Brunette by Tonner 14 inch with NATTERER outfit. This is one of the adorable modern Patsy repro dolls by designer Robert Tonner. She has rooted brown silky hair and is a strung -jointed hard vinyl doll that is very similar to the antique compo Patsy dolls by Effanbee. (Tonner owns the Effanbee brand, last I knew.)
This Patsy is wearing a designer outfit by Sylvia Natterer, that was manufactered by White Balloon in Spain when they were producing the Natterer dolls. (Later, Gotz produced the Natterer dolls for awhile.) The outfit consists of gingham shorts, a white-navy-gingham playdress with split front and a red polkadot visor: very cute set!
