Hard Plastic Block Dolls from 1940's and 1950's.
Measure 10 inches tall, usually, although some Block Dolls may be larger.
They were sold as promotional dolls such as "Little Miss Addie" (for advertising doll). Also packaged as Karen the Answer Doll with a button on the tummy: she could shake her head yes or no, depending on which button you pushed. Block dolls were sometimes sold as "Baby Walker."
The Block Dolls resemble the hard plastic Littlest Angel Doll by Arranbee. Block dolls are usually unmarked, whereas Arranbee dolls with this face were marked R&B. The round cherub face is distinctive and is often the only way to recognize them as a Block doll.
