JC Toys produced some vinyl bears with cloth body. Sculpted by Salvador Berenguer in Spain. I haven't seen these very often. They are cute. These are small bears, approximately 8-12 inches. I think they came in slightly different sizes. I've only had one sample of these bears in hand.
The JC Toys Company is the North American distributor for Berenguer Dolls in Spain. They changed their company name to Dolls by Berenguer a few years ago. JC Toys and Dolls by Berenguer are the same company.
