Floppy Toddles
Large, pretty Floppy Toddles - I love to be hugged! #U9319 Floppy Toddles was made in a variety of sizes and over a span of many years. She was first introduced in the 1960's. This 1976 version is the prettiest Floppy Toddles I have seen. She is similar to the popular 18" dolls and can probably wear the AG clothes. The doll is 17 inches long. She has 3/4 vinyl limbs and a vinyl head with gorgeous blonde rooted hair. She has long blonde saran braids. The face is especially sweet and pretty. She has a cloth body. The dress is pretty, with lots of lace and trims. This was most likely Uneeda's deluxe doll for that year. The box is damaged, warped and this is most likely due to the original cellophane, which was still on the box until I took photos of the doll. Whenever I've had old boxes with the original cello on them, it seems that the cello shrinks and draws the box in with it. Eventually causing the box to be mishapen. But the doll inside is still protected so that's that main thing. And it's always helpful to find an original box because the box has all the info we need to know about vintage and antique dolls. This doll is especially pretty but her poor bent up box doesn't show her off like it should.
